Return & Refund Policy

Cancellations
We will only be able to cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order. If more than 24 hours have passed we are unable to proceed with the cancellation request. 
 

30 Day Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return. Customers must place a return request within 15 days of the delivery date. Once the return request is approved the item must be shipped within 15 days. The item should be in transit, as verified by tracking information, within this 15-day period for the refund to be processed. All E-book sales are final and non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and its original packaging. Please be aware that you will need to send your product back in its original packaging (for serums, sprays etc. plastic wrapper must still be unopened - once opened it is no longer eligible for return) - Items not returned in its original package will be subject to a partial refund. Any items damaged or not returned from your order including free gifts items will be subject to charged at retail price resulting in a partial refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping cost
Restocking fee: No warehouse restocking fee.
Return Shipping fee is covered by the customer. Refunds will only be provided for the cost of the items returned, any shipping expenses or upsales including expedited processing and insurance costs will not be subject for refund after a return. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, which is covered by you as the customer, the return shipping cost is subtracted from the refundable total. 

Please follow the provided instructions on how and where to send your package once approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is within the first 30 days after its delivery and your item is damaged or wrong items were delivered send us evidence at customersupport@newbodybeauty.co and a replacement will be sent at no cost as soon as possible!

 
Lost/Stolen Packages - “Delivered, Not Received”
New Body Beauty Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier, but not received are not refundable, if your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
For buying the wrong product or wanting to exchange the products. The customer will be liable to pay the return shipping cost.


Final Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or partial refund. As a reminder shipping costs are non-refundable. the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customersupport@newbodybeauty.co.
